UBC GROUP is an independent international group that consists of several integrated operating companies with direct presence in six countries and involvement in more than five production projects.

Headquartered in Geneva (Switzerland) the group combines extensive international and local experience in Agricultural Commodities sector (Grains, Beans, Seeds, Oils) with production, distribution and marketing of own consumer products in the areas of Vegetable Oils (Sunflower, Corn, Cooking Oils), Edible Fats (Margarines, Butters, Mayonnaises, Special Fats) and Pasta products.

We control all stages of production process - from raw materials to high quality final products.

UBC GROUP successfully combines the development of local production projects and marketing of its local brands with import activities. We implement the best practices worldwide in local production, marketing and distribution in order to improve the product quality and to meet requirements of our customers.

The company entered the Russian and CIS markets in the middle of the year 2000 and currently combines the development of import, distribution and marketing of own trademarks with three production projects in the Russian Federation.

In Russia and CIS UBC GROUP operates via 100% subsidiaries of Unibrasco S.A. (Switzerland): Unibrasco CIS, LLC in Russia and Unibrasco Asia, LLC in Kazakhstan.

In each country we pay special attention to our relations with local business community. In Russia Unibrasco CIS is participating in major foreign community business institutions that unite leading companies operating in Russia and CIS markets.

Unibrasco S.A. plays an active role in European Business Club (EBC) in Agricultural and FMCG Sectors. European Business Club hosts management of companies such as Nestle, Danone, Dandy, Bonduelle, Europe Foods, Ehrmann, Campina and other).

Unibrasco S.A is a member of International Club in Agricultural Business (groBusinessClub). Club membership is made up of top managers of major companies producing foodstuffs and equipment for food-processing industry; leaders of professional associations; financial and consulting centers and organizations, including government institutions and foreign embassies.

Unibrasco S.A is a member of Russian Branded Goods Association (Rusbrand). Rusbrand was organized by the leading Russian and foreign manufacturers of FMCG in order to represent and to protect the interests of the branded goods producers.
